TAD Contracts Office
This warehouse located in Basildon Essex, was originally used for storage purposes so that we could access materials for works being undertaken out of hours, that we may not have generally had access to when required.
Within the last 3 years the company has outgrown the existing office based in Canary Wharf, which we now use an office for hot desking.
Having a huge warehouse space, and being an interior fit out company, we decided to build a brand new office space to house our ever growing staff! The office now sits on the mezzanine level of the warehouse, and the majority of our operations are now carried out from this location.
Being so close to the M25 means we can access our clients in Central London and the surrounding areas more efficiently.

Supply and installation of new flooring
Supply and installation of new metal stud partition walls
Supply and installation of new 10.8mm glazed partitions
Supply and installation of new carpet finishes throughout
Supply and installation of new suspended ceiling incorporating LED lights and PIR, fed from a newly installed distribution board with associated cabling
Supply and installation of new air conditioning throughout.
Supply and installation of new kitchenette.
Supply and installation of 6nr screens with live van tracking and project portfolio displays
