This building was in great need of a make over in order to bring it up to a respectable standard, that sits in line with the reputation and expectation of the prolific clients residing within its office space on a daily basis.

We were tasked with performing a range of works that we undertook both out of hours and in normal working hours. The communal and high traffic areas were the most important to improve aesthetically, with some vital health & safety works being carried out too.

The campus consists of 3 buildings and is open to the public throughout the day. This challenging environment meant that the health and safety and awareness of our operatives had to be of the highest priority when undertaking every job.

Works Breakdown

Removal and replacement of 1nr broken atrium glass unit with the installation of safety netting installed and replaced abseiling.

Complete redecoration of walls, flooring and bunding to Basement and Lower Ground floors.

Complete redecoration of Car Park area incorporating the decorating of existing lines, removal of existing numbers, decoration of new lettering and numbers, wall decoration in 2 different colours, column edge painting and a repaint of all handrails / barriers.

Decoration of core corridors, building receptions and courtyard walkways.

Decoration of existing gates and railings throughout building campus.

Supply and installation of new vinyl and carpet floor finishes to corridors and staircases.

Installation of new lockers and kitchenette.

Removal of existing ceilings with a replacement of 6 floors worth of suspended ceiling, incorporating newly installed LED lighting throughout.

Supply and installation of new fire rated steel door sets.

Carry out leak remedial works to various rooftop areas.
