Project Description

Broadgate Estates Management Office

This Office Refurbishment Project took place over a 4-month period, from the end of 2018, over the Christmas break, and into the New Year. It was vitally important to the client to upgrade their workspace to sit in line with the reputation and importance of the work they carry out daily, whilst keeping within their budget expectations.

The company now takes advantage of a huge open plan, well-lit space that is inviting for them and their prospective clients alike. The space has a new tea point and breakout area, meeting rooms, new shower, toilet and changing facilities and bespoke ‘celebration wall’ spanning nearly the full width of the office space.
