The purpose of this project was to supply the client with a highly secure data facility keeping in mind space optimisation and safety.
We have carried out numerous data centre fit outs, and although it has mainly been the installation of fabric elements and BWIC, we have also been involved with the mechanical and electrical side of installation and design too.

Our data centre fit outs are a fantastic guideline for the level of expectation required from all of our works throughout the country, due to the high sensitivity, value and the need for a completely dust free and clean environment upon completion of works.

Works Breakdown

Complete demolition of partition walls, caging and existing flooring.

Supply and installation of new raised access flooring to 2 levels.

Supply and install new resin floor finishes.

Installation of fire rated and acoustic plasterboard partition walls with a tape and joint and re-decoration of all.

Stairs and ramps to be built up in various areas with hand rails and black and yellow safety strips.

Supply and installation of 10no steel two hour fire rated doors.

Core drilling and cutting to structural walls and flooring to prepare for the installation of duct work with a fire stop of all voids upon completion.

Supply and install lintels and supports as and where necessary.

Carry out concrete bunding works to all risers.
