Ceiling rectification
Overview
Our team visited our client’s Milan office to perform ceiling rectification works. Our operatives began by removing all existing ceiling tiles. They then carried out remedial and cleaning tasks above the ceiling, which included cleaning the void, removing acoustic tiles, reattaching the FCU, installing plasterboard in voids, adding fire batt infill, and completing minor decoration and filling works.
A second team of operatives focused on strengthening the ceiling structure. The ceiling tiles were then reinstalled, fastened through the fixings to an aluminum flat bar, ensuring greater stability and reinforcement of the ceiling. Throughout the process, the operatives worked closely with the on-site management team to inspect all ceiling tiles and implement agreed-upon adjustments.
