Canadian High Commission

Workplace

Overview

We delivered the full refurbishment of the Canadian Commissioners Office in accordance with the architect’s vision, transforming the space into a modern, functional, and visually refined environment. The project began with the removal of over five tonnes of debris from within the existing floor structure, followed by the safe and compliant removal of asbestos materials.

Our scope included the complete refurbishment of flooring, installation of a new staircase, bespoke kitchen, and high-quality doors. We carried out a full electrical and mechanical upgrade, integrating new lighting systems to enhance both ambience and efficiency. The final phase introduced decorative panel wall finishes and detailed decoration throughout, elevating the aesthetic to match the prestige of the office.

This project exemplifies our commitment to precision, safety, and craftsmanship—delivering a revitalized workspace that honours its purpose and architectural intent
