Standard Chartered

Construction

Overview

We delivered a full CAT B fit-out to create a new Data Hub Room for Standard Chartered Bank. Works included the strip-out and demolition of existing ceilings, partitions, and raised access floors, followed by reconfiguration of the space to accommodate the new layout.

Following demolition, TAD designed and installed secondary steelwork to support the additional loads of the computer room equipment. New Data and UPS rooms were constructed using metal stud Gyproc drywall, with partitions built from structural slab to structural soffit to achieve Rw60dB acoustic performance and 120-minute fire separation.

The project also included the installation of a heavy-grade raised access floor with anti-static finishes, alongside new steps, handrail and access ramp systems.
