Commercial Environment

We successfully delivered a comprehensive builder works package in close coordination with the MEP main contractor, transforming the space into a fully operational and visually refined commercial environment. Our scope included the installation of partition walls, new internal doors, and facilitation of two new revolving doors to enhance access and flow.

Modifications to the landlord space were executed with precision, followed by the installation of new carpet throughout the entire area and acoustic wall panels to improve sound control and comfort. We completed the full installation of furniture and IT equipment, ensuring seamless integration with the infrastructure.

Specialist works included firestopping across all service penetrations, ceiling modifications, and the installation of heavy-duty anti-static raised flooring in UPS rooms to meet technical and safety standards. Final decorative finishes brought cohesion and polish to the space, resulting in a high-performance workplace tailored to modern operational needs.
