Barclays

Construction

Overview

Over the past decade, we have been extensively involved in supporting Barclays Bank at its Canary Wharf campus, delivering a wide range of critical building works in a fully operational, live environment. Working closely with the bank’s M&E contractors, our team has provided comprehensive support across multiple disciplines, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Our works have included complex roof upgrades, bespoke builders’ works, fire-stopping, construction of concrete plinths, saw cutting, core drilling, and other structural interventions across multiple floors and areas of the building. Every element of these projects has required careful coordination within a live, occupied commercial space, demanding precision planning and flexible delivery schedules, often outside of normal operating hours.

Our long-term partnership with Barclays demonstrates our ability to deliver technically challenging and logistically complex works in high-profile, live operational buildings. Our contribution has been vital in supporting the bank’s ongoing infrastructure upgrades, maintaining operational resilience, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, fire, and acoustic standards.
