Over the past decade, we have been extensively involved in supporting Barclays Bank at its Canary Wharf campus, delivering a wide range of critical building works in a fully operational, live environment. Our works have included complex roof upgrades, bespoke builders’ works, fire-stopping, construction of concrete plinths, saw cutting, core drilling, and other structural interventions across multiple floors and areas of the building. Every element of these projects has required careful coordination within a live, occupied commercial space, demanding precision planning and flexible delivery schedules, often outside of normal operating hours.
