Ark Hayes Data Centre

Construction

Overview

We are proud to be delivering the fit-out of the Ark Hayes data centre, a high-security, multi-megawatt facility designed to support critical operations now and into the future. Working closely with the M&E contractor, we are transforming the existing building into a state-of-the-art technology hub, combining technical excellence with precision project management.

The project encompasses the creation of multiple data suites, switch rooms, generator areas, and office spaces, alongside the fit-out of tea points, lifts, and stairwells. Every stage of the works demands careful coordination across multiple disciplines within a live environment, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

From intricate strip-out and demolition to complex interior finishes such as resin and anti-static flooring, suspended ceilings, and acoustic plasterboard, our team is delivering every element to the highest standard. Fire safety is a central focus, with structural fire seals, cavity barriers, and fire-stopping meticulously integrated throughout. Groundworks and structural modifications are being completed to accommodate heavy plant and equipment, ensuring the facility’s long-term operational resilience.

This ambitious, multi-phase project demonstrates our ability to manage complex, technically challenging construction within live environments, delivering a world-class facility that meets both present and future demands.
