Over a two-year period, we successfully delivered a full fit-out of the Ark Enfield data centre, transforming it into a high-specification, mission-critical facility. The project required meticulous planning, technical precision, and seamless collaboration across multiple disciplines, all while maintaining ongoing operations within the live building.

Our team undertook complex strip-out, demolition, core drilling, and enabling works to prepare the building for its transformation. This was followed by the creation of multiple data suites, switch rooms, and generator areas, with comprehensive interior finishes including resin and anti-static flooring, suspended ceilings, and acoustic plasterboard. Fire safety was a key priority, with cavity barriers, structural fire seals, and fire-stopping integrated throughout the building to ensure the highest levels of operational security.

Structural modifications and groundworks were carefully executed to support heavy plant and equipment, ensuring the facility could meet both current operational requirements and future growth. The successful delivery of Ark Enfield highlights our expertise in managing technically complex, high-value infrastructure projects, reinforcing our reputation for excellence, precision, and reliability in the data centre sector.
