We partnered with our M&E contractor to deliver a state-of-the-art, maximum-security, multi-megawatt, Tier-grade technology facility in West London. This ambitious project includes the creation of four new data suites, ten switch rooms, generator rooms, office areas, a tea point fit-out, and the construction of a new lift and stairwell within the existing building. The works are being delivered over three carefully managed phases, with completion scheduled for 2025.

The project has required intricate coordination across multiple disciplines, working within a live building environment to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations. We have been responsible for a comprehensive range of construction activities, including complex strip-out and demolition, core drilling, BWIC and enabling works, blockwork and partition wall construction, and full interior finishes. Fire safety has been a key focus, with structural fire seals between floors, cavity barriers, and fire-stopping carefully integrated throughout.

Additional works have included ceiling installation, cladding adaptations, resin and anti-static flooring, and plasterboard and suspended ceilings, all designed to meet the stringent acoustic, fire, and operational requirements of a high-specification data facility. Groundworks and structural modifications have also been undertaken to support the heavy plant and equipment, ensuring the facility meets both current and future operational demands.

Our expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in live environments has been critical to the successful delivery of this facility, demonstrating our capability to deliver technically challenging and high-value infrastructure projects.
